Great Stuff Recordings is one of those rare successes in house and techno music: a record label whose feet are firmly rooted in the underground but which also enjoys frequent crossover success. Its philosophy is more akin to the big dance labels of yesteryear, who enjoyed mainstream adulation with records that were built for clubs, and not for the radio.
Toolroom Trax is a label made by and for DJs. It is a label dedicated to releasing music that will work on a dance floor and that DJs will reach for in their sets.
Since 1999 Defected have been releasing tunes that have defined the scene and are now unquestionably the global authority within the genre. If you've ever been to a club, bar or house party where the DJ was playing House music, the likelihood is that at least one of the records you heard was signed to Defected.
Label focusses on deep aspects in deephouse for sure, but as well we look for the deepness in progressive or techhouse. Today's electronic music landscape is so grown that we do not want to cut our horizon by ourselves... just have a listen and understand the idea!
