Das Musiklabel Katermukke wurde 2011 vom Berliner DJ und Produzenten Dirty Doering gegrundet.
Innerhalb von 3 Jahren entwickelte sich Katermukke zu einem festen Bestandteil der Berliner Musik-Szene, mit uber 120 veröffentlichten Tracks, die von DJ's auf der ganzen Welt gespielt werden.
Neben bekannten DJ-Grössen haben auch aufstrebende, junge Kunstler ihre Produktionen auf Katermukke veröffentlicht.
Since 1999 Defected have been releasing tunes that have defined the scene and are now unquestionably the global authority within the genre.
